SHERATON HOTEL UNVEILS THE EQUATOR BAR.

Sheraton Kampala hotel recently opened up its Equator Bar, formerly known as the Rhino Pub.
With a blend of a colonial touch with modern designs and retro furniture, the new lounge is fitted with brown and maroon colours, has a library, private beverage vaults where guests can buy and store their drinks and has a seating capacity of 90 people.
The Equator which offers 16 dishes on the menu, comes with a new concept - wine and food pairing.
The menu which will be changed quarterly has the main course options named after regions of origin like the Ugandan
Delight and the Traditional Mexican (grilled pork medallions), Basil Pesto fish fillet (grilled
tilapia on creamed caraway cabbage leaves) for fish lovers, and jumbo prawns, crabs, lobster and, soon to be introduced, squid for the seafood enthusiasts.
