ARMY DEPLOYED HEAVILY IN MWEYA

Queen Elizabeth National Park,renowned for hippos, elephants, buffalo, tree climbing lions, Uganda Kob, Topi, and hundreds of bird species, is being heavily guarded by the Army ahead of the commonwealth meeting.
One of the most beautiful national parks in Africa, Queen Elizabeth National has vast resources of flora and fauna, borders the Rwenzori Mountains in the North and Lake Edward to the west will host the Duke of Edinburgh Prince Phillip, Prince Charles and his wife Camillah Parker at Mweya safari lodge, a modern lodge.
Queen Elizabeth II last week confirmed to the House of Lords in London, UK that she would make the trip to Uganda to attend the summit.
